I'm still learning what everything is (As far as lingo goes)... Is the TO bearing the same thing as the release bearing?

same clutch i got in my car! 6 puck unsprung with extreme pressure plate. lol i like the break in instructions....high rev slipping of the clutch..i'll tell you what that clutch is a monster! so much better than my friends centerforce.
