Help!

i was driving home today when i decided to get on it a little bit, at around 6000 rpms i felt a studder so i quikly shifted. after that i heard a constant chopping sound when i was moving, then when i am stopped the car has trouble staying on. the idle drops to about 500 rpms. anyone have any ideas whats wrong?

Map sensor. Small black box on the driver side firewall under the windshield wiper..

is it in the engine bay and what do i need to do to it?

Yes. In the engine bay. There are two vacuum lines connected to it.. Chances are one of them popped off..

Actually you can see it in my sig.. RIGHT above the Greddy elbow.

just called a friend and he thinks the exhaust is clogged, im gonna check it out

think exhaust could do that ?

i was told that the cat can collapse and clog it up. i tried to check if its the problem but i cant get the damn bolts off, man does this suck.
