My headlights are stuck up and im 99% sure its a short in the system because i have put two fuses in it and they both have blown as well. Do my discount autoparts fuses suck? are there any places that wires can get exposed more frequently then others?

You know you can manually raise and lower them right?

Obviously not the solution to the problem at hand but it's a start.
