A Hair Of 2nd Gear Grind

Hey guys,
I've got a 94 FD and I'm getting a tiny bit of second gear grind when accelerating pretty hard. I was wondering if you think it's the syncro's. I changed the tranny fluid to Redline MTL and I thought it was gone but now it's back.
Ideas?
If I need a rebuild does anyone know what it should cost in the DC area?\
