I got my greddy pully kit to remove the air pump but am confused if block off plates are suppposed to be used when putting this on. Some people use the block off plates and others don't do a damn thing. Will it be ok to put the pully kit on w/o using block off plates? thanks again

Block off plates aren't neccesary unless you plan on removing the AIC(or whatever it's called). Just chuck the air pump.

I think u mean ac/cv( air control and check valve) atleast thats what u block off on fcs. Its on the Lower Intake Manifold. Are u gonna ditch the cats too? You're gonna have to eventuall cuz without the airpump the cats will clog, and eventually ruin your engine. then u get to also block off the other split air tube pipe( which is also next to the ac/cv)

wow...lots of acronyms

You don't need to use any block off plates, BUT you will need to plug a pipe that goes to the UIM. Install the pulley kit, and start the car. Check any pipe by placing hand over the inlet...if it's sucking air, then put a cap on it. Plastic table ends work good.

Do you have to pass emissions? If you don't then you just have to buy the ACV BOP.
