Got My Wheels!

Just like Voskos. They are gorgeous! Heres the deal though...
I'm taking them apart and COMPLETELY re-conditioning them. IE: Stripping the clear off the lips (as it's cracking behind the rivets) and re-powdercoating them as the original is lifting in a few places. Aside from that, they are great! Straight and clean.
What should I use to strip the powder? I'd rather stray from sanding as I *MIGHT* polish them if I get bored, and I'd rather not have to work out a bunch of sandpaper lines..
Can I use a paint stripper? Like soak them overnight? They are all apart and physically perfect, only need some cosmetic work.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Pics to follow tonight. I forgot my goddamn camera at home, and work SURE AS HELL aint letting me go (As you may notice, I'm hardly around anymore..)!

Let's just say I got lucky! I almost **** myself when I won the auction after only bidding the minimum!
