You can get any RX-7 to pass if I got mine through! The key is in the tuning!

Go there and fail once (only costs you about 15 bucks) and get the printout and graph and scan it in and we'll take a look-see....

Just took the '94 FD through MD emissions and "Fast Passed"! This one is just street ported and down piped though.

I was worried about getting through, so I feel your pain. Good Luck!

just drop a bunch of fuel out at idle and the rpm they test at and you should be fine.. go way way lean...

I suppose that is ok as long as they dont get under boost.

If my car happens to be too low for the rollers and they can only do my car at idle then that would be a godsent.

If you have a PFC and a wideband this is all the info you need to pass for sure!

I passed with a ported motor and high flow cat.

And I don't know where you get this stuff about bribing a state employee. I have never heard of anyone doing that in Maryland. I think you are dealing in legend.

There may be a dishonest guy here and there, but why would you be interested in running the risk of a criminal offense instead of just getting your car tuned properly? If I pass, anybody can. Just get it tuned.

Yeah, I guess I just assumed I wasn't going to pass and that I needed a way around it but it looks like I shouldn't have a problem with proper tuning.
