Mabey...I can do a lot with metal but I have never worked with urethane before. I heard it is kindof a bit** to work with too.

Basically you pour it into a mold and let it dry.

I will get the info on where to buy it and what not if you like.

We have our own brand that will be for sale soon. The design is different in that it has an additional urethane disk for the bottom of the mount under the subframe. Should be less harsh. The only thing is they are going to be made for group buys only. Check out www.gothamracing.com for more info.

Ihor,

do you have anyone testing these new mounts you're having made, or do you still need a quinea pig? i'm interested in the additional urethane disc on the bottom. any good pictures of this?

The urethane motor mounts that RotorSports Racing makes includes two urethane bushings. One main bushing and one smaller bushing disk. Rotorsports have been making these for a few years now and improving on the design. If cores are available, you can pay a core charge and return your cores after delivery and installation for core refund. However, cores are in limited supply. If you send your cores in, the reconditioned mounts usually ship out in a day or two. More info at http://www.rotorsportsracing.com/per...tor_mounts.htm.

The Mazdaspeed version would be in between (in stiffness) the stock and eurothane versions. I have no idea on the price though.

Gotham = good (good group to help make $)

Or roll your own with the 6" "rod" from Mcmaster.

Just stay away from the really hard shore.
