anyone know where i can find a good set of replacement motor mounts? Mine are completly shot and I dont really feel like droping the cash for some Mazdaspeed ones, and solid mounts are a little too harsh (daily driver). Iv'e been searching for a while and cant find sh** https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/dry.png

my FD is a daily driver with solid mounts.

But if you want mounts that move less than the stock ones, gotham racing sells the polyproleyne(or whatever) motor mounts.

Van, Gotham sells eurothene mounts.

I have a set. I 've had them for a few months now and should be installing them tomorrow.

I will let you know.

Gotham sells mounts, but i believe they are made by Rotorsports Racing. You can also get the mounts directly from Rotorsports

I know sweetheart! Polypropelene is the material that our cold weather clothing is made out of. Guess nobody thought it was funny https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif

I installed the Gotham eurothene mounts this morning.

Fairly easy install.

Remove the scatter shield.,

Loosen the bottom motor mount nuts at the subframe

Jack the engine up from the oil pan.

Loosen the six 17mm studs

Remove the old ones

Place the new mounts in.

Start one or two threads of the bolt to the subframe

lower the engine a tad

start the 17mm bolts

Tighten them up all the way and lower the engine down

Reinstall scatter shield ...

Dont feel much of a improvement in the throttle.

Maybe a tiny bit.

Car interior is obvioulsy louder.

Car ratttles more..

I'll drive on them for a while and see if they grow on me or not.
