I have the B&M too. It's good out of the box, but what I did was cut about an inch off it, and added a really heavy sparco shift knob(ball style). Now we're talking short positive shifts baby https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png:)

Lot of people wear their syncros because of the shifting charterists of the rx-7s
But you have to remember that the rx-7 was design to be driven on the right side so when you throw it into 5th gear you are pulling the shifter to you instead of away having more control and stronger shift. the short shifter are a syncros savior and I would recommend you getting one. |
