I get 25 on my way back from reno (with cruise control).

I found that if I drive normal (semi heavy foot) I get about 15 MPG. If I drive like a granny and dont hit boost, keep a steady foot and shift on or before 3K rpm I get 18 to 19 MPG in the city.

My car is slightly modded with the usuals. I was just wondering if you could improve it. I guess what I want is what J9fd3s is getting. 16-17 range. Will a ignition box help? What will??
the trick is to use the quirks of the ecu to your advantage. outside of closed loop when the ecu uses the o2 sensor it runs really super rich, so you must drive the car so it runs on the o2 sensor as much as you can.

the o2 sensor is active from 1500-3200rpm and under 1psi of boost, if you can maximise your time in this area your mileage will get a lot better

I don't even pay attention to the mileage... I just fill when needed. With a nice 4-6oz. of premix.

15 to 18 depending on how much I boost. You're in in the ball park. Have fun, don't worry about it. Tom

Im the same - less the premix. Who cares about mileage. If ya want economy buy a honda civic.

One thing people always say when they meet my FD is "I bet that sucks the juice"

....well yeah of course it does, but it makes lots of power and theres no such thing as a free lunch
