Ok, I have my exhaust manifold off the car to remove that flapper door inside.....but what did everyone use to cut that door out? I saw the pic of the "cut here" line....but cut here with what...a hacksaw, plasma cutter, torch, etc?

Thanks,

Scott

I tried cutting it but then just got the big 4 foot long pry bar on it and it popped right out.

I simply hit it with a hammer and bent it, then took a long screwdriver to it and broke it in half. Took all of 30 seconds to get that damn thing off. Alot easier then I was expecting. Now I just need to go get the hole braised shut. Then start putting it all back together. Then I will again be asking more questions since I can't follow directions very well....so even though your post on full non was awesome Dave....I will more than likely be bugging you about my exact setup.
