I am installing 1600cc injectors a new fuel rail, SX fuel pressure reg, supra pump, and braided lines...just to the hard pipes. Well they are actually installed. But the question is....what type of pressure reading should I get when testing it for leaks?? I used the jumper cable in the diagnostics box and turned the keys to the acessory on position. But when I went and looked at the gauge it read 0 PSI, so for some reason it is either not getting gas or....well It's not getting fuel I guess. So what could this be from?

you either have a massive leak, or like Mike said the pump is not running. pressure should be around 40psi, but depending on what the regulator was set to at the factory may change that number.

yes the pump is running...and no I don't have a massive leak. I got it work partially...had to grind down one of the fittings. But now I only get 10 PSI even when the adjustment screw is all the way in.

How is it connected? Describe the path that the fuel follows as it goes through your plumbing and back to the tank.

ummm...okay, the line coming off the right side of the FPR goes to the secondary fuel rail, and the line coming off the bottom goes to the return line.

Where is the fuel pump connected? How about the primary rail?

that sounds wrong...Fuel should come from the tank to the primary fuel rail, then to the secondary fuel rail, then to the left or right side of the regulator, then out of the bottom of the regulator back to the pump.

I was just describing my lines....the fuel comes in the primary.. then goes to the secondary via those banjo bolts, then to the braided line and into the right side of the FPR from there it goes to the bottom of the FPR and attaches to the return line.
