Very stupid question, but I have to ask, what is the fuel delivery system on a FD? I'm thinking mechanical fuel injection but not sure. Thank you for your patience (very stupid question.)

Well, are the injectors the same with piston engines (timed how long to be open for), because I thought that rotary engines needed a constant flow of fuel and air. Am I right? So I'm basiclly asking do thy stay open all the time?

Oh. Cool. So it uses only the map sensor to get it's fuel readings. Is this right or does it have a maf sensor too?

No - it uses any number of sensors (air temp, engine temp, atmospheric pressure, O2. etc) to dermine which fuel "MAP" (a graph) to use. The MAP "sensor" tells it Manifold & Atmospheric Pressure.
