the arrows are not supposed to meet up, they flow one direction, to the throttle body if i am not mistaken. again, did you cut out that small piece of metal? i could not get mine to line up until i cut some out.

it looks as if your radiator is in the appropriate position, and is no different than mine.

i had to fock with mine for a few minutes and then it fit, good luck with the rest of the install.

That rebar doesn't go anything except suport the radiator. Its pretty weak, so I doubt it adds any structural integrity to the car. I am going to remove mine to run cold air to the turbo.
basically the rebar protects the frame. if you crash with no rebar the frame will take the full impact, and be bent in wierd ways

k got pipes on..... the instructions didnt say anything about hacking the bumper all to hell!!!... so I've been out there with my air saw shaving pieces off the bumper to get it to fit... this is probably unneccessary as I have a cwest kit on the way... but I want to drive the thing.

Also.. anyone know where I can get a high current battery that is small. the regular battery won't fit.

instructions on how to fit the apex intake would be good too.

Its the same thing rxplicit has in the pic he attached. I use the apexi kit, but if you can't fit the miata battery in there you're just SOL and need to do a battery relocation.
