Here are the install pics of the FEED race plug wires. I grounded the wires to a bolt that held the coil closest to the firewall in place.

Yeah it def took a while. Throttle body, throttle elbow, and intercooler piping all had to be removed. Cleaned out the throttle body because damn it was kinda nasty, maybe I'll replace it with a FEED unit.

Those look pretty damn tight!

If those last the life of several regular wires, then it's time for a "group buy" (Hint for). I have no idea if they are really rebadged Nology, just looked like it. You would be the one to ask, since you have both. Also, just cause it's sold only in Japan, doesn't mean it wasn't made in the US (like rad & IC cores).

i have a question...shouldn't those last longer because they are wrapped in braided steel?...wouldn't that help keep them away from "elements" that regular wires would be subjected to?

well when a set of wires fail, its usually the boots that attatch to either the plugs or the coils

so braided steel shouldnt affect the lifespan

^ I can only assume that they will last longer. They are pretty hardcore, and they haven't let me down in the slightest yet. The boots are pretty damn wild, at first they weren't connecting to the coil or plugs well, but when they click in they are on for the long haul. The damn MSDs I had before just slid on like they were lubed, and the bastards fired off constantly.

I thnink Fiske7 is prolly right. My first Magnacore's on my Honda arced really bad from moisture in the hole and not a good seal. I just put on a set on my 7 and decided to pull them off to put more goop and they were like glued onand the boot cracked. I decided to put more goop on the rest and another one cracked twice. This is on an egine that ia on a block, never started yet. So far, Moroso has been the best set i've used.
