Hello,



I am new to RX-7's and i have a question...



I bought a FD for 3500 dollars not runnning... Brought it home and went to check spark. No spark on the leading plugs.... I took out the coil and tested it with the ohm meter and nothing.



My question is, can that be why my car is not starting??

Yea that could cause it to not want to start.

Hey, well i changer the leading coil.... IT WORKS!!!!



but my boost is not right(i think) and i broke a wire on a solenoid



ao i have to fix that stuff!!!!

I assume it has a blown motor?

 

If it doesn't, he's gotten the best deal on a serviceable FD that I've heard of in a while.

 

Yeah no kidding...



So whats the deal with the motor?
