Fd Emission Issues

ok i have been fooling around with this prob for over a year now ive tried everything i can think of basically i cant get my car to pass emissions i blow like 1400 on hc ive put the downpipe back to stock ive replaced o2 sensors looked at smog control solinoids and replaced the cat im at a loss i have a SAFC2 sitting on my floor cause it is the only other option i think i have hopefully if i put it on i can just knock down the fuel quanaty down to get it to pass and i dont even know if that will work if you guys can give me any other avenues to persue it would be great thanks

If some rubbing alcohol were to "accidentally" fall on your fuel filler neck, the emissions would be affected temporarily.

yea I'd check your air pump as well.. I passed emissions with flying colours and I had a downpipe as well as a catback on my car
