what kind of hood pins are those..... if they are hood pins

Yes they are hoodpinz. They are the lockable type.



Its a spring loaded system. Press the button on the right and the left hand cover pops up slightly, then you pull it open and the spring retracts the pin from the hole in the pin that is secured to the car. When you done push the cover down and a different spring forces the locking pin back through the hole of the other pin. Lastly push the cover further down untill it snaps back into place. Then you have to push the button again and start over. Thats how they work.

Can do, just waiting for the car to come back from having the new TIAL valves fitted. Will get more detailed pics of all round and different angles.

Also the finished engine bay, minus the rest of my luminouse yellow silicone hoses.
