Exhaust and intake

is the apexi N1 exhaust system and the apexi power air intake any good for the '93 rx7. i also need to find a quick flash on how the N1 sounds like. or is tanabe racing medellion good for it too :notify:

apexi n1 catback is nice. i would just make your own intake just get two small round k&n's

well if you want the most bang for your buck exhaust i would use the apex n1 muffler and get custom piping done with mandrel bends and no premuffler. the only downside is that it might be a little loud actually really loud on the top end but should be relatively quiet if you keep the rpm levels low. as far as the filters go i would have to agree with what VOSKO said.

I agree, make your own intake to save mega $$, and for the exhaust go N1. Thats what I run. I noticed you want POWER. To truly obtain power an exhaust won't help, you need to get rid of the pre-cat and main cat also. My car is loud, but not unbarable.

The Apexi intake is good, but it does not offer that much more than the K&N filters. The Apexi does offer excellent filtration, but I'd go with a "cold air" intake.
