Ok guys this is the problem I had when I broke down on the way to revolution... Basically ive changed out my 1600cc injectors, 3 sets of resisitors, ignition packs, map sensor and engine wiring harness.. Still cant get it solved. Basically the car will start, idle somewhat it kinda surges a little.. stalls sometimes.. however its not driveable at all if you are not super light on throttle it will stall out like its hitting fuel cut or somthing. I dont know what to do so i took a video of it. If this isnt good enough quality you can email me or get to me on aim: crockadiledundie.

I will send you higher res.. please save target as.

SAVE TARGET AS

Here is a list as close as posible..

23 Fuel thermosensor

25 Solenoid valve - pressure regulator control

27 Metering oil pump

28 Solenoid valve - EGR

30 Solenoid valve - split air bypass

31 solenoid valve - relief 1

32 Solenoid valve - switching

33 Solenoid valve - port air bypass

34 Solenoid valve -idle speed control (BAC)

38 Solenoid valve - accelerated warmup system and air supply valve

39 Solenoid valve - relief 2

40 Solenoid valve - purge control (auxilary port valve)

42 Solenoid valve - turbo precontrol

43 Solenoid valve - wastegate control

44 Solenoid valve - turbo control

45 Solenoid valve - charge control

46 Solenoid valve - charge relief control

50 Solenoid valve - double throttle control

76 Slip lockup signal

77 Torque reduced signal

Mind you ive eliminated all of the seq solinoids because im running non-seq/parallel. So what of those are actually causing problems?

i have tried both pfc and stock ecu.. with pfc hooked up i get no cel so i had to put stock ecu in to get those..

btw, if i rev it slow and finally get it up there if i hit it hard it will rev for a few seconds and it will actually build about 11psi sitting still so im led to beleive its dumping LOTS of fuel..

You got another PFC? I'm thinking it would naturally dump alot of fuel with the stock ECU and 1600cc injectors no?

Nope, but both pfc and stock ecu does it. I was being told maybe it was my tps sensor.. but it doesnt throw a cel..

well if you are running non-seq wouldnt it through a ton of those cel since you dont use any of them now. so i guess my question is which ones did you keep and what have you changed on the car since steve came and tunned it?

Nothing has been changed since steve tuned.. He tuned, and i left the weekend after for rotary revolution.. broke down about 300miles into the trip. Had to get towed back after being stranded for almost a month in the middle of georgia.

Shouldn't be the TPS sensor. I actually drove my FD around with the TPS UNPLUGGED Drove fine except for high idle.

PFC would be OK with all the seq stuff gone, just make sure it is set up for it. TPS could be out of adjustment but you shouldn't stall from higher rpms from that. What MAP sensor you got in there? stocker or 3 bar? Make sure PFC is again set up accordingly. Also is it set-up for the 1600cc inj? Check that too. I know steve tuned it but it could have been an oversight.

And are those all the codes you are reading from the ECU? because that is a whole f-in lot of them. It actually amazes me that you can rev anywhere above 4k with some of those on, like the OMP especially.

Bob

EDIT: i should also mention that I to drove around for a while without knowing that my TPS was disconected and never noticed a thing.

i saw the same sympthoms on a FD. turned out the OMP was not connected properly. it was a stock FD though.

but it sonds like something causes the ECU to turn into limp home mode? i don't know if the PFC has that....sorry i know, not very usefull
