Ok, I've removed all the emissions on my dads fd. He has a silicone vaccume line kit that I'd like to get in tonight. Ive done some searching on the forum without any luck, so i was wondering if anyone could gimme a link to a diagram of vaccume lines after amissions removal on the fd. It's a tidge different then on my FC so the help would be greatly apreciated.

have you downloaded or bought the factory service manual? That will show all the emmisions solenoid diagrams.... and some really complex vac-hose diagrams

Dont have a fsm, and I've seen the factory diagram, but Now that all the solenoids/rats nest is gone, there shouldn't be very many lines to hook up. I just need to know where to hook the lines to where. My fc only needed about 5 vaccume lines after removing emissions. I'm left with a bunch of open nipples on the fd, and dont now where to hook em up. Ive been searching the forum for the last 3 days and have found nothing.

well I said that because I don't personally recal ever seeing the exact diagram you are talking about. Is he still sequential? What ECU will he be running?

Your best bet is to use the factory vac diagram and simply delete the hoses you don't use anymore. Sorry I can't be of more help.

hehe thanks, right now it has a stock ecu, but Ive convinced him to put a power fc in before hes gets it back running. Ive replaced the clutch with a act street strip, it'l have the power fc, and a full exhaust, along with bigger injectors and fpr. Thats the plans. I'll see what I can work out with the factory diagram, but if anyone else has advice please post it up.

thanks,

B

ok i downloaded the manual from iluvmyrx7.com and there are no diagrams at all, its all written tech info on every subject. Anyone know anywhere else I can download a copy? This is getting kinda frustrating, I just wanna get it done.

will this work?? I found this on club. The thread says vaccume hose diagram for non seq. setup, but in the diagram the seq. are still there. Will this work as a vaccume line setup for emissions removal?

ok heres a great site i found with many many write-ups

( http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/ ) on fd modifications and maintenance. I also found this diagram of vaccume lines for simplifying the solenoid rack, but not on full emissions removal. Can anyone tell me in their own words what to change based off of this diagram?? would be awsome if someone replied, the wall ive been talking to isnt helping much
