I see these recomendations to replace the ECU before you do to many mods. Does anyone know of a reliable ecu to buy and how mauch does it cost?

$700.00 will get you a reprogarmmed M2 ecu or Pettit ECU.

Yea i would definitely buy a used Pettit ulimited or M2 stage III.

I had a m2 one about a year ago and It worked good.

if you have plans on modifying in stages...

recommend power fc standalone...

dont limit yourself to preprogrammed or piggyback ecus..

How hard is it to tune a power fc stand alone?

I put my PFC in, started car, ran fine. Let run 10 mins, 10 mins with lights on, 10 mins with A/C on. Idles nice, smooth power, starts hot, no more 3K hesitation. Still want to tweak with wide band before getting to crazy. I like it.
