Dreaded Coolant Bubbles
I have read many times that bubbles in your coolant filler neck upon start up is a sign of blown o-rings. I have that problem but I am also getting condensation in the oil Filler neck and the oil filler cap. Is that also common with o-ring failure or should I be looking elsewhere.
Thanks for your help

I don't recall the bubbles at startup but for sure after the engine is warm. I also had title waves or volcano puking surges of coolant out of the filler neck. Oh and white sweet smoke at cold startup. I don't remember any condensation on oil cap.
Did you remove all air and have a pressure test (check for busted hose and radiator water tank) done yet?

AFAIK the condensation-thing occurs when the car is used for short distances.
the bubbles....what type of bubbles? a constant stream? a few bubbles every few seconds is normal, since small air-pockets raise up due to the engine-vibration.
what else does you make worried? do you loose coolant, does the buzzer come off or does water get spilled on the ground?

The things that have me worried
- I have some white smoke and condensation in the exhaust.
- Coolant bubbles(boiling appearance) and increses in volume upon start. I haven't let it get low enough to set off my coolant alarm. I don't even know if it works and I really don't intend to, unless it happens on a trip.
But anyway I'll give it a pressure check tonight and see if it holds until tomorrow.
fingerscrossed
