Damn Flooding!

Ok, here's the thing. I took my car to my friends shop to replace the engine. a malloy mazda reman was installed. He also did the FULL non-seq. mod. Got rid of all emissions, new koyo radiator, intake, full exhaust, MBC, and a rx7.com reprogrammed ECU. Everything is done now and ready to go. But every time we start the car it floods out. We've gone through all the de-flooding procedures, put new plugs in and everything. My question is what could cause it to flood so much? Thanks for the help and let me know if I was too vague.

Your not getting any spark. I couldn't tell you what to do aside from check the ignition componets. I know that isnt much help. Get one of the real mechanics on here to help you, Cough cough Jay,,

I had two problems when I did the non-seq mod along with other stuff.
1) I had a leaky injector. (wasn't seated properly)
2) I mounted my throttle cable different and it was holding the car at 3K causing it to flood.
Mine was so bad that I had gas dripping from both ends of my midpipe.
