Which numbers are significant? I'd like to see what # mine is... Just for fun. Not like it's a CYM or anything.

the last 6 are the only important ones, we can exrapolate the first bunch from the last 6. for example mine is jm1fd3319p0203810 a cym built 3/92 sold in nj at crystal motors

Hehe. First of all, $30k for an Rx7 to me would be ridiculous (I love how you throw in "at least" lol. I don't care if it is a CYM. I know of a 94 Black R2 for $20K with 28k mi and I think that's overpriced, and yet more diserable than that CYM.

And there's no way a car with 30k and 10 years old smells new. I'm sorry.

Also, why would anyone want the earliest production models OF AN FD of all cars? Earlier the production the more errors, and more recalls (or recalls that weren't done most likely)....esp with our cars.

And I digress...

Well your entitled to an opinion. I think that most guys would take the CYM over the 94 VR R2 anyday though. I would, as far as the car smelling new. Unless you have been in the car then you have no idea what condition the car is in. Maybe it does still smell new.
