Ok so heres my problems. The smaller problem is this. First off, my car is leaking at the turbo to downpipe flane. I hava t4 turbo on my car. I'll explain the full setup in the next part of this. I hava 3 in v-band flange on the downpipe, it meets right up to the back of the turbo. Theres no flange on the turbo or anything, it just meets right up to the back of the exhaust part of the turbo. I tighten the clamp on it and it leaks still. This is the 2nd downpipe Ive had made for the car. Any advice is appreciated.

Ok second, the bigger issue. My plugs keep fouling up and it seems to be running rich. This is my whole setup. A T4 Turbo, a rebuilt 13b, it has 3mm seals and is street ported. The OIM has been removed. the sec fuel sys has been upgraded to 1680cc inj and fuel rail. The primaries are 550cc still. It hasa power fc w/commander, programmed witha map for my setup by the guys at RX7 store in Ohio. It also has magnacor spark plug wires. I did the premix at 1oz to 1 gallon of fuel. I used just some generic 2 cycle stuff. I've been told I should use the Idemitsu premix for it, so Im ordering some tomorrow. So could it be the crap I used for the mix thats fouling up the plugs and leavin all the carbon on em? Its smokin too, so obviously its running rich. But as I said the guys at rx7 store mapped it, so Im somewhat doubt full they would have it setup like that, plus I think some the smoke is from the premix crap I put in it as well. So Im pretty much trying to get advice as to how to get it from fouling up. All advice is appreciated, thx everyone.

As far as the exhaust leak is concerned your just going to have to get someone who knows what they are doing to get that downpipe to seal against the turbo. It sounds to me like it might not be made right. Again you'll need to take that in to a shop. I've had the same problems in the past getting downpipes to seal. I took it to PFS and he made me a down pipe that sealed.

The fowling plugs could be several things. One of which is not going to be your choice of premix. Speaking of that any 2-cycle oil will work just as good as Idemitsu. Personally unless you have a local shop you can pick it up at I would just use standard 2-cycle Pennzoil or whatever local stuff you prefer.

In anycase if rx7store has changed your map then the fouling plugs sounds like their problem to correct. If you paid them then it seems to me that they need to get your car running properly before sending you on your merry way. I would call them and see about getting your car back to their shop. If your just using a generically programmed ecu based on your modifications then your going to have to get your car tuned properly. All maps are not always going to work the same on every car even if the modifications are the same. It will still have to be set up and tuned for your car.
