Cooling Issue With My Fd, Sounds Crazy Huh!?

hard starting on one rotor,... fluctuating temps, low coolant buzzer... sounds kinda like a blown coolant seal.

I was just reading somthing about the a person having issues with the Thermosensor?

Yup, car is dead.. for 100% sure now. SO MUCH WHITE SMOKE!!

old owner lives in LA. No way to get a hold of him. He installed the Reman.

there should be a warranty on that reman, you might be able to track it down.

Rick's Rotary Performance in Pleasanton 925-484-2324. I had a motor rebuilt and he seems honest and knowledgeable. There is no substitute for honest and knowledgeable when it comes to an FD.

Ok sorry if someone already covered this. if you flushed your coolant, did you pull the coolant hose off the back of the TB? This helps in getting the air out....Also, might try replacing your AST cap...It coule be intermitently working...pushing out to the overflow and then only pulling back sometimes. Just a though.

Can't be 100% without a pressure test. Although it doesn't sound good.
