WOW
layin' the smack down blade design would have more to do with flow than the number of blades if you ask me though |
I'm just tired of this 3rd person **** in every goddamn post he makes.
Garfinkle this, garfinkle that, who cares. |

I don't know about the whole four blade five blade thing, but most major fan manufacturers post the flow rates for the fans they sell. Some post or can tell you the flow rates of your stock fans.

If anyone wants one, I have an extra 4 bladed fan for sale.

I'm thinking about getting the FAL dual fan setup both for cooling and to reduce the current draw on the electrical system.
The stock fans draw 35 amps on high speed (according to the manual, I haven't tested them) and the FAL 220 setup is rated for 19.5. The added room under the hood and hopefully lower temperatures would be nice added bonuses. With 35 amps going to the fans and 24 amps going to the pumps I'm running out of juice! |
Tyson, You know where we can find flow rates for the stock fans vs. the FAL fans? I want to see which set draws the most CFM...

Even if FAL fans don't move as much air I'd rather have them. Lower profile, less current draw and another 10 year old item out from under the hood. |
who the hell is garfinkle?
