Coolant Sludge With Reman

is it normal to have some residual sludge in the coolant (i notice it on the coolant level dipstick) after installing a "new" mazda reman?

yeah, some of it is the vaseline/assembly gunk they use to put it together

its blockweld they put in to insure they don't have leaks
