Unhappy

I am definately going to get the Koyo. Radiators.com quoted $324 shipping included. I don't have an air separator tank I have the bypass. It is deinately leaking from the radiator. I think the plastic tank lost its seal. I was eventually going to get an aftermarket radiator so I guess now is the time. I will just take the money I was going to use for IC piping and do the radiator first. Then I will do the custom FMIC. The lowest other than the $324 was $369 from RX7 trix.

my stock radiator bustd at 70k miles due to the top end tank.
Yeah, I am over 100K now and I still have the stock original radiator. I guess it finally gave out. Now I know why they say when you buy an FD you should do the reliability mods, to include the radiator.

man, if i knew you wanted fmic pipes i would have hung on to mine for ya. i have the greddy fmic and i crashed my car last summer. the old intercooler was toast so i replaced it and fixed the car. i just sold those old intercooler pipes (which were only used for 2 weeks) on ebay for $100..

Damn, I will figure out somthing to get the pipes cheaper but that would ahve been sweet. I ordered the Koyo. I hope to put it in soon and then I need to do the turbos. Its never ending with projects on an FD. I get mad but in the end it worth it have such a sweet car.

I recieved the Koyo radiator today. I will post pics later when I install. Does the Koyo go in the stock location? Or will it be set straight up? I am thinking stock location?

it will sit in the stock location unless your intercooler(aftermarket) doesnt let it.
