Coolant Buzzer
#1
Ok, coolant is full, its all bled, triple checked it, now i'm beginning to think the buzzer is going off because of electrical reasons, ie. its not hooked up? where does the buzzer get its signal from? i want to make sure the connection is there and that its not just buzzing because it isn't reading any resistance.... any body know? where it is?

It gets its reading from the "coolant level sensor" in the filler neck. The part will cost you about $80. It's possible that your sensor is bad. However it is unlikely that it is your problem. How long have you had this problem?

is there anyway to check the voltage on the sensor? i think i might need a new one... my car never gets hot, and the ast, overflow, and filler cap are all the way to the top... i've tried every bleeding procedure, i'm sure its the sensor.

I just grounded mine...
Could also be the oil pressure sensor. If you don't hook that up, it will buzz too...I know this because I hooked mine up wrong(connected it to something else) and it buzzed for 2 days straight!
