well, since this weekend i have noticed that i can hear my turbo spoool and my blow off valve is very very loud, as if i have an aftermarket one........ but i have a stock car and they shouldnt sound like that!!!!!

i get that whole zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz psshhhhhhhh thing everytime i step on the gas

i was driving around with freestylereaction and he could hear it in his car with his loud *** exhaust

anyone know what it may be? maybe my turbos are shot (although it was still pulling like it has always been...... i was goin just as fast as a g35 coupe that i was following tonight through windy roads

nope not that i know of.....

this is something new i am hearing after adding an re amemeiya intake and a greddy smic

- maybe boost is leaking? and thats why i hear the loud hissing sound?(but there is no loss in power)

- maybe my primary's turbines have missing teeth? and maybe thats whats causing the hissing noise?

- maybe the smic that rikki sold me has a hole (j/k )

Here are the logical things to do and my conclusion. I think its because you put the intake on. When engineers design cars they make them suitable for 90 year old ladies who dont want sound as a feature when they purchase the car. Speed and efficiency isny always priority. (If you dont believe me just take a look at your stock I/C) Ever notice how all these hondas sound like cows getting belted in the stomach after they put their intakes on? Same idea just you have turbo's. You might want to also adjust your bov say if its like a greddy type or something. If the spring is set too loose on the diaphram it can open during boost. Lastly if you are monitoring everything (boost, fuel, and a/f) and they are all behaving themselves than i would just keep on it. HOnestly I think you just arent broken in to your new mods.

you guys are exactly right about the sounds. Its only because you put the intake on. You can hear your turbos now because the air box isn't silensing them. And if you guys like the sound of the BOV then keep the stock one, an aftermarket BOV doesn't matter untill you go single turbo.

You couls have had the cool sound a long time ago with the stock air box. All you have to do is take the hose the connects the BOV to the air box off and cap the hole in the air box. That hose is like 2 1/2 inches long. The only posrpose it has is to silence the BOV for the old grannies that don't like performance sounds.
