Rikki - Without WI 2nd & 3rd gear pull ~7k (still not tuned https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR ) I'd see temps 143F (62C) and with WI, I'd see 117F (47C). Not bad IMO, but I need to get an EGT and a WB straped to her and fine tune the H2O. Right now, I have it coming on at 4500rpms (off at 4300), ~8psi (off at 6psi). I hit fuel cut in 4th (14psi), boost use to hold at 12psi or so...looks like I'm getting a little creep with the cooler AIT's.

As an added bonus...I might eliminate my IC sprayer. Probably should and use that duct for my air box I need to make.

check my BOV in the pic, the WI is taped into the IC pipe on the elbow...during shifts the BOV mist the IC https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif

dude that bad ass your bov sprays your ic, how much water comes out i really must see a vid thats amazing.

I can rev it at idle, up past 5800rpm (4600 and 6psi was way to early), and I can see a little mist come out of the BOV...After hard runs (shift and get back on the throttle) I could touch the IC and feel the mist on the IC.

I've been tweaking the settings on the WI, trying to find the right ON/OFF points. With the Haltech E6X, there isn't a designated output for WI, so I'm using the VTECH solenoid output...rpms and load. Thing is turning ON, it's an OR function and turning OFF its an AND function.

When I strap her down on the dyno, I'll take a video...

One of my thoughts was, I was bringing the water on too early before, and it'd stay ON...misting the IC at low speeds, but at higher speeds I'd hope there would be too much air coming through the IC that the mist wouldn't collect on it?!?!?! Unless the BOV is that powerful of a blast ~12-14psi.

just like everything else with my car, more testing is needed. I'll keep the forum posted.
