the only way that I would do it is if I was using a different front end I do like the scoot rx7 which is the same kit minus the lights and hood and also I can't afford to put that much money into a body kit

I knew it was a 4 rotor but I had guessed that it was 2 13b's I have heard rumors of people doing 2 12a's. why wouldn't they just do 2 13b's wouldn't it be more effective to have more displacement or are there more complications involved with doing a 13b 4 rotor setup vs a 4 rotor 12a setup?

There are couple of reasons for 12a's vs. 13b's.

1. 13b's will be longer and maybe not fit properly in the area?? Who knows..

2. these engines are p-ported engines.. hence you could use custom made eshaft. These eshafts are usually one piece and they don't handle high load very well. Longer they are less strong they are... This might be the reason..

Maybe they just had ton of 12a engines to work with.

yea that is a good point about the load on the e-shaft. I was at Steve Kahn's shop last year and he had completely snapped his e-shaft from his 20b in his fd. last time I talked to him he was still trying to figure out how the hell he did it. Is this common? I hear about people brreaking seals all the time but that was the first time I've heard of braking an eccentric shaft.
