the gas looking black is normal, when the engine floods like that the gas starts to eat away the carbon and they mix.

Did you crank it till ABSOLUTLY NO gas came out of the holes? When I had injector problems with my car it took close to 1/2 hour of cranking, 1 min cranking,1 min rest. to completly de-flood the engine. What I did was have someone crank while I held a blank piece of paper over the holes to see what was or was'nt coming out

Good idea....I have unflooded the car about 10 times it seems like, but never more then maybe 5 minutes. I think I fouled my plugs too. Could that have cause it to not start also? I get spark but they looks really weak. Not sure what a healthy spark is supposed to look like https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

well spark should be blue and be able to jup the same distance as the spark plug gap. If the plugs are all coated in black ****, then it will make it hard to start. Spray them with some carb cleaner and let them dry.

Well checked the car 5 minutes ago. Flooded again. It is all covered in black. Im getting new plugs tomorrow hopefully. Maybe then it will work. Still trying to get all the gas out like you said though. Thanks for your help

Okay....so I thought i found the problem. Now that it is fixed everything looks good.

I was wondering if you can start the car without your IC pipes? Or what parts, if I left off, would keep my car from starting. Thanks

you can start the car with no pipes. The Fd uses the map sensor for reference, unlike the FC that uses a MAF.

IS your coolant temp sensor plugged in? if not the computer will think the car is ice cold, and dump extra fuel to help start it. That, the map sensor, and the crank angle sensors are really the only thing needed to start the car.
