My fd acts like it's going nuts under 2000 rpms and it acts like it's not getting enough fuel.

After 2000 rpms it drives just fine, hauls *** like usual. I figured it might be the fuel filter...but I dunno.

How come nothing that happens to my car makes sense?

Do still have the stock ecu? If so, change the fuel filter, check the plugs and make sure all the grounds are secure. If you have an upgraded ecu, the low throttle maps might be tunes lean.

nah.. I got a power fc

and it does the freaking out whenever I'm moving in like first gear.

I actually drive my car slower than most people with sports cars. =)

It's fine when I'm racing though.

Brand new plugs. ngk bur9eq's.

My FD feels kinda like it wants to stll out whenever I'm under 2K rpms, but I rarely drive in any gear under 2K rpms anyways.. so, I don't guess it's that big of a deal..

If it does it when its warmed up, then its probally running lean at that point or maybe a ground problem. Running lean at that level will not damage anything, it will just feel like a bucking bronco.

I'm thinking it has to be a ground problem....definetly set on that one now.

cause my damn battery keeps discharging too... I checked the connections on the alt and the battery... also the egi fuse box (?) they're all fine.

The ground on the undercarriage that connects to the exhaust has been off for a while but I think that goes to the radio or something.

So umm where should I check?

what are common grounds that **** up?

thanks alot for the help btw.

make sure your o2 feedback is off.. it will make the car run funny at low RPMs. You can access that in ETC, FUNCTION SELECT..
