Can You Use The Hks Cast Manifold On Fd3s?

I just picked up a FD, http://rx7.cyberosity.com/87GTR/fd3s/
I a FC guy by heart but I could not pass up on the deal I got on this FD. 50000 yen
anyway I wanted to know if I can use he HKS cast manifold for FC on the FD. I know it will bolt to the engine, but what I dont know is if put the turbo or waste gate in the wrong place. I have T04R with .96 housing that I will be usings.
