what should i look for when buying an fd3?

i already know to check boost, service hist., rebuild every 60k if so, and make sure the fuel filter has been changed so that the engine has not been running lean.

help me out on everything else i missed, and why are they selling for like 2 grand over book, or what people are asking for them?

i have read the buyers guide in sport compact car and in grassroots motorsports, but that is pretty much all i know.

thanks

there are a ton of things to look for, but, nothing different than ne other sports car. vacuum hoses, any mods, and how the car was driven, suspension bushings, brakes, yadda........if you do not take car of the car, yes ot the 60K rebuiled, or hell, it could be after 2K miles, it just depends on how you mod, drive, and respect the car.....
