I've been looking around and i can't seem to find anyone with the same issue. When im coming to a stop and applying brake pressure, sometimes the engine will rev up to about 2k rpms then drop and go back up again and will continue to do this until i let my foot off the brake. My thought would be a dirty valve be stuck open. Any ideas to narrow my search would be greatly appreciated.
