no the price is for the cat and catback, the dowpipe is separate. I guess they do this so that people with upgraded turbo systems would be able to use their own dowpipe.

Yes its high flow. I dont have any flow specs, but it maybe possible

to get them..

this is the best sounding exhaust I have ever heard.. it is DEEP and it growls but not loud and not raspy at all, it's got a deep bassy sound when accelerating and it gets loud but it's more like cranking up the bass than anything.. i'm loving it
