Default Boosting way to high/running rich, need help!

I own a mazdar rx7 fd3s 1992 with 130,000km on it. Mods are air intakes, apexi power fc, blitz bov, and some defi boost gauge/water temp. Soon installing my Megan racing 3 rad. I bought it a few months back. And am finally just getting to drive it due to a bad tps. Got a used tb/tps from a friend and it idles fine now. Now my problem is: in second gear when I floor it, at around 4-5000rpms it is boosting at 1bar (14ish psi). I think the ecu is reading its boosting this high and cuts the fuel so it doesn't go any higher. Also it is running extremely rich and gets harder to start. I took the plugs out and out new ones in and she started well for a couple weeks now. But now it's getting hard to start. Why would it be running so rich? And what would cause the boost to be so high. I checked the turbos and they both are still connected. These are the thingsI'm going to try tomorrow; the stock ecu, stock bov, check for vaccum leaks, and take the cat off see if it's clogged. Maybe drive down the road without it on to see if it helps. Was thinking maybe it's bad so it's causing back pressure, which would explain the boost/running rich problem. I am getting a used cat from a friend for 100$. If none of this works I'm gonna start taking solinoids/actuators off to test. Also will take injectors off to get cleaned if nothing is working. Any ideas why it would be running so rich and boosting so high? Please help! Would be greatly appreciated!
