I know it's been here SOMEWHERE before, but I can't find it.

In reguards to a Power FC: Do I need a boost controller? I remember being told I do... But then I heard something about the AVC-R solenoid... What gives? Do I need one? I can get a Profec-B for a reasonable price, but would rather put the money elsewhere if I can. Please advise.

Thanks for the help.

the PFC can controll boost. Its not super great at it though. Will you be running seq. or non seq?

Full non-seq hybrid twins, ported wastegate, full exhaust.

the PFC can control boost when u supplement it with the AVC-R solenoid. Some people swear by this setup, and others prefer a standalone boost cont. like the Profec-B. Pick ur poison!

I am about to add a profec b to my car but i still need to get a boost gauge and a turbo timer so i can do them all at once. I have the boost controller but haven't put it in yet because I want to do the turbo timer at the same time it will make thngs easier.

Yeah. The timer is EASY though... The boost controller takes a little more know-how. Not much though LOL
