Blown Engin

ok the people that sold me my 7 told me it just cut out when they were driving. i sent my engin away to hurly and get it back next week and i am going to ask them if it was blown or not but i aint botherd because i would prefer a rebuilt ported one b4 i start my tuning.......





anyway my real question is would a blow engin just cut out and never start again or could it be something els. i want to know because i want to solv this problem b4 i instal ym new motor

am goan check the ignition system, compresion and the fule system tomoro gona polish ti aswell ym dad is doign em a fave dotn want to **** him of with a manky car out his front garden

if you completely blew an apex seal, it might just quit on you. could be an electrical problem, but most likely not. mine still runs, but I just cracked an apex seal.

Motors will just die suddenly, but in cases like that, they sieze from oil starvation or something..



In which case it would be uncrankable.. Can you crank the motor with the starter?
