Currently have Redline in transmission and Differential with no complaints. But switching to NEO this winter while the car's up.

Valvoline or Castrol 20w-50 in summer. 10w-30 in spring and fall. Or, occasionally I find Mobile 1 15w-50 on sale. God loves WALMART. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

PurOne Filters.

Yes. That's what I understand. But I guess you could call them to make sure. I started thinking about it last year. Basically, I couldn't find anyone who'd switched to NEO and WAS NOT happy. Excuse the cross-forum link:

Nah, I think he and the mod had a difference of opinion about oil filters and just those posts were deleted.

On the filter issue...FWIW, I chose PureOne filters because:

They have a good filtration and flow well... by all accounts that I've read anyway.

They have the anti-drainback valve just like the OEM

They seem to have a very good gasket that has never stuck or rolled for me.

They occasionally go on sale at the local ADVANCED AUTO, which is minutes from my house as opposed to driving at least 25 minutes to the nearest MAZDA dealer for the OEM filters that never go on sale and IIRC, are more expensive to begin with.

Another possible selling point to PureOne for some is that they're available in slightly larger that OEM size (PL14610), although a bit harder to put on and take off due to the longer demension. Personally I just stick with the standard size (PL14612)

In the final annalysis, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the filters mentioned in this thread.
