What is the best flowing exhuast availible for the FD, that also sounds nice? RS*R, Apexi, HKS(pipe shrinks in diameter though), etc?

i have dealt with hks, n-tech engineering and greddy on my cars , and i have found that the full turbo back TOPSPEED exhaust that i am running now, to flow better, and sound as good as any of the other ones. i can prove that the hks downpipe is restrictive, and that is why some exhausts suffer, but personally, a good dp and mp combo and any decent CB will work fine. the differences in flow are almost minute, and are negligible in the long run....

Oh, Ok Thanks! What is a good hi-flow cat? Is there anything wrong with canister-style exhaust?

why would there be any difference in exhaust flow from one to the next all aftermarket exhaust systems I have seen have been 3" with a straight through muffler. So I can't see where one would flow different from another.

Some have more bends than others, some, like the HKS, taper...

that is what i said, it is the PRE cat back elements that are the main key....hks DP is restrictive as you know brian, and so forth and so on.....
