Burp the system a few times. Then check the coolant level sensor to make suer that it is not craked and spraying coolant.

If that doesnt do it your not gonna like what I have to say.

what would cause it to blow up???i just put a new 16lbs radiator cap on it?would the buzzer be caused by the ast leaking and then eventually blew???

Sounds almost certainly like a wiring problem. Especially since you said it used to go off when you splashed in puddles. Sounds like the water is shorting something.
