Ast Elimination Info

I know this is pretty boring stuff.
But I was asked where to tap the filler neck for the nipple and pics were requested.
So if i post it, next time someone askes I can link them here.
Here ya go Marc.
Run the line form the overflow to the new nipple and then the one from the front nipple is small radiator hose. Get a 13 psi cap, and toss the stock one.
Thats all. Make sure to run the threads out good with a tap after drilling the hole. Make sure you do not drill in the filer neck with it still on the car
We wouldn't want metal shavings in the coolant system. And use RTV when tightening the nipple in so that it seals really good. Let it dry for maybe 30 min before adding coolant. Enjoy.

damm i gotta redo mine, cuz the "shop" who did it for me just blocked off that front line with a bolt and clamp and one to where the other fitting was from the ast... this seems bad..
ill run that front radiator line to the other end that was capped off then
