I installed one along with a 3" downpipe. I think it is kind of loud. Does anyone has it with a silencer? Will the silencer helps to keep noise down?

For my preference. i consider Carbon-Ti is way too loud. Although the low pitch sound is nice but I really can't stand it. I wish the silencer will help to keep the sound down other wise cops will be chasing me giving me ticket.

HKS sells a silencer, it helps, but not that much, dont rely on it. Maybe you can somehow weld a muffler into the cat back piping, that might help? Not too sure though since I haven't heard anyone with it.

I will try the silencer. I hope it helps to bring down the noise, hopefully. If not, I really can't stand the loud low pitch sound from the exhaust. It sounds acceptible before I put the downpipe in. After the downpipe, the noise is too loud.
