Most of the time if you go single you have already removed the hp robbing stock mid pipe along with the rest of the exhaust. It would be stupid to keep it
You know what is funny, In Japan you can burn your trash. Why do they care if the car has a air pump or not?

The 13b is pretty polluting when it's not warmed up, so a pre cat and an air pump were installed to help pass emissions. Had it not been for these the FD wouldn't hav been US legal.
